Those of us in the planning group who can make it there today will be in the Renaissance Hotel lobby (or somewhere obvious, like the bar - hehe) around noon time today. If you're at the hotel already come and join us anytime. I presume we'll be camped out for most of the afternoon!

Can't wait to see old friends and meet new ones!

Maddie et al - I don't think my car will make it out today (I'm in the burbs) - but please keep me in mind if you need anything in terms of supplies or organization. I can run to costco tomorrow morning prior to heading downtown.

Maddie, just saw yr tweet about submitting session info. I sent my info for virtual session to Ray Van Hilst via PM, as he specified earlier. Will that do, or do I need to submit info again to someone else & somewhere else?
