Laurel - I always advocate that organizations understand and use good Internet marketing (including social media marketing) practices to promote their e-learning initiatives. I don't think enough of this happening. Netspray isn't a service I have used, so I can't comment on it directly. Having looked at similar services, and used some of them, the main problem is that they do tend to be "spray" in nature - i.e., they don't really get at the specific nature and characteristics of your market well enough. And a lot of times what they do is overkill and/or not particularly effective. My preference usually is to find one or two types of media that would really resonate with nurses (e.g., podcast, Web video, etc.) and the one or two channels where they tend to access that media (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and focus on those first. It takes some footwork to do that -e.g., "listening" in on the Web, surveys, etc - but it can give you a more solid foundation for promotional and engagement activities. - Jeff
