If anyone runs through the policy tool listed above, I'd love to see the results. Mads and I did a little whitepaper on the subject of social media policies recently. http://www.socialfish.org/whitepaper

Presumably, you should be practicing your social media policies throughout the year so that when a big annual meeting or conference comes around, your staff knows the score.
