The compensation of Avectra staff is directly tied to regular surveys conducted during system design, implementation, go-live and post support. The employee of the month honor is also awarded to the staff member who most distinguishes himself or herself in the eyes of the customers.

The Research and Development (R&D) Department at Avectra has a passionate commitment to innovation and quality. Avectra works in conjunction with the Avectra Users’ Group (customer user group) to design new user interfaces and plan out the product roadmaps.

<u>A Strong Ecosystem is Good for the Customer and Avectra</u>

Avectra is pleased to have a valuable community of users that volunteer their time to support the long-term success of Avectra customers and Avectra. The purpose of the Avectra Users Group (AUG) is to share solutions, pool resources and information, and provide a unifying voice. The AUG supports the long-term success of Avectra’s products by providing feedback to Avectra from product testing, making new feature requests, and giving general product and service improvement suggestions.

Each year, Avectra and our customers come together at the Avectra Users and Developers Conference (AUDC). It is at AUDC where idea exchange, education and networking happen. It is the premier event that Avectra and our customers look forward to each year.

Avectra also works very closely with a community of partners offering an array of applications and services. This program is called PartnerNET. Avectra has built an extensive application programming interface (API) so that partners can easily connect third party applications to netFORUM Enterprise or netFORUM Pro through XML. Customers appreciate the diversity of products and services offered by Avectra and its partners. Our customers enjoy the security of knowing that they will have access to valuable new technology, even if that technology it is not developed by Avectra itself.
