I'm always looking for ways to improve how people, process and technology co-exist. Naturally, this quickly becomes a discussion of change management by defining a business case for our clients and approach to rolling out process improvement and technology. With the economy still in limbo, a plethora of solutions and desire for information both from internal and external resources, it's more important now to tap into the collective knowledge base of a network and partnership community. I enjoy sharing lessons learned since the late 80's (recovering bean counter) and more than willing to absorb in the process.
