Matt Emery

I own and operate Centreza Social Management, LLC, a company dedicated to helping nonprofits and associations make the most out of their online communities. Our name, "Centreza", comes from the prefix 'centr-' (center) and a form of the French word 'entrer' ("enter" or "come in"). The foremost goal of the company is just that -- to encourage your users and members to "come into the center" of your online community, to increase their involvement and engagement in your cause or mission.

Concordantly, we also seek to partner with social media platform providers so that they achieve greater successes from the sale, distribution, and proper implementation of their products.

We offer the following services:
- Strategy & Consulting for choosing platforms and platform features, launch and development planning, user/member communication, and social media outreach;
- Community Deployment for upstart, branding, and content seeding;
- Community Administration for moderation, troubleshooting, policing, and collecting user feedback.
